Warranty: all Speakeasy Stainless Steel equipment is covered by 10-year end-to-end warranty against all defects, leaks, etc.  We offer this as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Returns:  60-day no-hassle return policy.  We offer full refund as long as the item is in the original condition. To start a return, please contact us at support@speakeasydistillers.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once the item is received and inspected, the refund is processed.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Details on federal rules: according to federal regulations stills are legal to own if not being used, nor intended to be used, to produce alcohol. In other words, if a still is only being used to filter water or make essential oils, and these actions do not involve the distillation of alcohol, a still of any size is legal to own.  For more information please visit www.ttb.gov

Details on local law: state regulations on distilling vary significantly from state to state and at times from county to county. Please check local requirements regarding owning and operating distillation equipment prior to purchasing.
