To start a return, please contact us at support@speakeasydistillers.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once the item is received and inspected, the refund is processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
